Manchanda & Manchanda Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to drive sales growth and digital marketing initiatives for its premium residential and luxury villa projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media platforms.
- Generate quality leads and improve lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversion.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with channel partners, brokers, HNI clients and prospective buyers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead follow-ups, site visits, negotiations and closures.
- Monitor lead quality, campaign performance,



sales pipelines and conversion ratios.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of marketing and sales activities.

Candidate Profile:

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in real estate sales and marketing.
- Experience in luxury residential properties, villas or premium housing projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, CRM and sales analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, team management and client-handling skills.
- A target-oriented professional with a proven track record of achieving sales results.
