Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for driving brand growth and market penetration for ArthCycle’s personal care products. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing campaigns across digital and offline channels, and identifying new market opportunities and distribution partners. The role oversees sales targets, monitors performance metrics, and optimizes promotional activities to increase revenue and brand awareness.

The Sales Marketing

Manager collaborates closely with product development, operations, and customer support to ensure consistent brand messaging and a robust customer experience. This position also involves conducting market and competitor analysis, leading local events or activations, and building relationships with retailers and key accounts.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales and marketing management within FMCG, personal care, or a related consumer goods sector.
- Strong skills in sales strategy,



territory planning, and account management to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Experience in brand building, campaign planning, and executing integrated marketing initiatives across online and offline channels.
- Ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Comfort with performance metrics and reporting, including sales forecasts, marketing ROI, and channel performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and lead teams.
- Demonstrated interest in sustainability, eco-friendly products, and responsible consumer practices is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Surat and travel locally
