Experience: 5–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

Develop recent business opportunities in the Flexible Packaging industry

Identify and approach customers across FMCG, Food, Pharma, Personal Care & other sectors

Generate leads, arrange client meetings, and convert prospects into business

Manage existing clients and generate repeat business

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with production/technical teams

Handle quotations, negotiations, order follow-ups, and payment coordination

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Achieve sales targets and maintain regular sales reports

Required Profile





✔5–8 years of experience in Flexible Packaging Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development

✔ Experience in Flexible Packaging, Printed Packaging, Pouches, Laminates, Films preferred

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

✔ Willingness to travel for business development
