– Sales Executive We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, referrals, and other sales channels. Generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and convert leads into sales. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and current customers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and update the sales pipeline. Negotiate pricing and terms with customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.





Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Requirements: Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage. Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills: Lead generation, client relationship management, sales negotiation, customer service, and target achievement.
