Job Responsibilities

- Visit grocery shops, retail stores and supermarkets to generate sales.

- Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.

- Take orders and promote company products.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

- Inform customers about recent products, offers and schemes.

- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding dues.

- Maintain daily sales and market visit reports.

- Monitor competitor products and market prices.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing.

- Experience with products such as P&G;, personal care and home care products preferred.

- Good communication and selling skills.

- Knowledge of the Cuttack and Bhubaneswar retail market preferred.

- Must be willing to travel for market visits.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
