? Lead Sales Strategy – Develop and execute sales strategies focused on digital learning solutions, including WBTs, LMS, mobile learning, and other eLearning products

? Drive Customer Acquisition – Identify new business opportunities in corporate training, higher education, and the ed-tech space

? Build and Manage Relationships – Cultivate long-term partnerships with key clients, focusing on their digital training needs and technology-driven education goals

? Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams – Work closely with product, marketing, and development teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives

? Sales Leadership – Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team, set clear goals, and track performance metrics

? Stay Ahead of Industry Trends – Keep up with the latest in eLearning technology, trends in digital education,



and advancements in instructional design to provide innovative solutions to clients

What You Bring:

✔️ Extensive experience in sales management, particularly in digital learning solutions (WBTs, LMS, mobile learning)

✔️ Strong understanding of eLearning services, instructional design, and corporate training solutions

✔️ Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in technology-driven education services

✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

✔️ Ability to understand client needs, design tailored solutions, and present complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
