Role Summary

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to own the complete sales cycle as our sole salesperson. You’ll generate leads, qualify them, pitch, negotiate and close deals across our audit, compliance and technology services, for both domestic and international clients.

Services You’ll Sell

- Internal audits, ledger scrutiny, balance sheet finalisation, AR/AP management, bank reconciliations
- GST, TDS, income tax and ROC filings
- Payroll (salaries, ESI, PF), labour law advisory and HR documentation
- BPO services: data processing, knowledge processing, customer support
- Website and mobile/web app development
- AI automation and AI integrations for business systems

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

- Build a steady pipeline through LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, email, WhatsApp and referrals
- Prospect international clients in markets such as the US, UK, UAE/Middle East and Australia, especially for outsourced accounting, BPO and technology services
- Identify target segments such as SMEs, startups, growing businesses and CA referral networks
- Represent the company at industry events, business forums and networking meetups
- Follow up on inbound leads and support marketing campaigns

Conversion & Closing

- Run discovery calls,



understand client needs and recommend the right services
- Conduct client meetings and presentations in person and over video, across time zones
- Prepare proposals, quotations and agreements with input from the delivery and technical teams
- Negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals against monthly and quarterly targets

Client Relationships

- Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to delivery teams
- Drive renewals, upsells and referrals from existing clients

Pipeline & Reporting

- Keep lead, follow-up and deal records updated in the CRM or tracker
- Share weekly pipeline and monthly revenue reports with management
- Gather market feedback on pricing, competitors and client needs

Key Performance Indicators

- Leads generated and qualified per month, domestic and international
- Meetings booked and proposals sent
- Lead-to-client conversion rate
- Monthly and quarterly revenue closed
- Client retention, renewals and referrals

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 0–3 years of B2B sales experience in professional services, audit/accounting outsourcing, IT services or SaaS
- Experience pitching to or closing international clients, or enough exposure to international outreach to handle overseas clients independently
- Ability to manage the sales cycle independently, from prospecting to closing
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, audits and payroll, plus the ability to pitch technical services
- Excellent spoken and written English for international clients, plus Telugu and Hindi for local clients
- Flexibility to take calls across international time zones
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace
- Self-driven and target-oriented
