Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth by establishing partnerships with schools and educational institutions, promoting our mental wellness solutions, and leading the sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with schools and educational institutions.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain relationships with school management and key decision-makers.
- Develop sales strategies, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to ensure target achievement.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and identify market opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing,



or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or B2B partnerships.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Prior experience in team leadership and performance management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in EdTech or wellness services is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and institutional visits.
