Job Title: Sales Manager

Location : Bhubaneswar

Experience: 5+ Years (Any industry with a good network of HNI Clients)

:

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales of premium residential and high-rise properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive property sales and achieve sales targets.

Build relationships with HNIs, investors, and premium clients.

Manage lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

Develop business through networking and client relationships.

Requirements:

5+ years of sales experience.

Real estate experience in premium/high-rise residential sales preferred.

Candidates from other industries with a robust HNI network and proven sales track record may also apply.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
