Assistant Sales Manager – Financial Products

Location:Patel Nagar, New Delhi

We are looking for a energetic, result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager with strong field sales experience and a proven track record in financial product sales to join our growing team.

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in BFSI, banking, or financial services.

Candidates with experience in Credit Card Sales, Insurance Sales, Personal Loans, and other financial products will be preferred.

Strong knowledge of field sales, customer acquisition, lead generation, and on-ground market activities.

Prior experience in team handling, sales team coordination, and target achievement will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools, MIS reports, sales pipelines, and daily performance tracking.

Ability to conduct regular field visits, generate new business opportunities, and convert leads into sales.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities





Drive sales of financial products through field visits, direct customer interaction, and lead generation.

Identify new business opportunities and build a robust customer and referral network.

Promote and explain credit cards, insurance products, and other relevant financial offerings to prospective customers.

Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation and follow-ups to documentation and disbursement coordination, wherever applicable.

Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, MIS records, and daily sales pipelines.

Develop strong customer relationships and ensure a professional, customer-focused sales approach.
