Job Title: Manager Sales | Industrial Products

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive regional sales of industrial power tools, industrial lifting equipment and material-handling solutions through direct sales, OEMs and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive B2B sales, OEM sales, dealer sales and channel partner development.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire industrial customers.
- Understand customer applications and provide techno-commercial solutions.
- Develop relationships with OEMs, distributors, dealers and key accounts.
- Monitor channel partner performance and achieve regional sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical,



marketing and customer support teams to deliver customized solutions.

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline; Master's preferred.
- 8-14 years of experience in industrial sales, B2B sales, OEM sales and channel sales.
- Experience in industrial power tools, lifting equipment, material handling, industrial machinery or engineering products preferred.
- Robust skills in business development, distributor management, key account management and negotiation.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
