About the Role:

Fleetgo Courier is seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Sales Manager with a robust background in the courier, logistics, and supply chain industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, corporate client acquisition, revenue generation,

and sales team leadership.

The candidate must possess strong industry connections, the ability to develop new business opportunities, and the commercial acumen to grow shipment volumes, expand Fleetgo's customer base, and achieve sustainable revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients, SMEs, e-commerce businesses, retailers, manufacturers, distributors, and other businesses requiring courier and logistics services.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, field visits, networking,

referrals, cold calling, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently convert leads into active,

revenue-generating accounts.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to increase shipment volumes, customer retention, and repeat business.
- Identify opportunities to expand Fleetgo's services among existing customers and increase revenue per account.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team, establish individual targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of assigned objectives.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements while ensuring business profitability.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, industry trends, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations, customer service, and accounts teams to ensure smooth onboarding, service quality,



timely issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, revenue growth, customer acquisition costs, and account profitability.
- Prepare regular sales reports, business forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reviews for management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, proposals, client meetings, and pending business opportunities.
- Develop strategies to recover inactive accounts, reduce customer attrition, and improve customer retention.
- Travel as required to meet clients, develop new markets, and strengthen business relationships.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the courier, express delivery, logistics, or supply chain industry.
- Demonstrated experience in acquiring corporate clients and generating substantial recurring business.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, preferably supported by measurable revenue and business growth results.
- Experience in managing and developing a sales team, assigning targets, monitoring performance, and driving accountability.
- Strong understanding of courier and logistics pricing, shipment volumes, delivery networks, service commitments, and customer expectations.
- Existing industry contacts and the ability to convert professional networks into new business opportunities.
- Experience in negotiating commercial contracts, pricing structures, credit terms, and service agreements.
- Strong business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, proposal preparation, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities as required.
