We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager in Surat who can lead, support, and motivate the sales team while actively working in the field to close NC (New Customer) deals
Key Responsibilities:Requirements:
Solid sales and team management skills, field sales experience, excellent communication, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Guide, train, and support the sales team to achieve targets.
- Conduct field visits and personally close new customer (NC) deals.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and daily activities.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
