Job Title: Senior Enterprise Sales – Cybersecurity

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior enterprise sales skilled to drive high-value cybersecurity deals across BFSI, Manufacturing, and Government/PSU customers. The role involves consultative selling, CXO-level engagement, and ownership of large, complex sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive enterprise cybersecurity sales across BFSI, Manufacturing, and Government accounts
- Own large deal opportunities including RFP/RFQ-led engagements
- Engage with CXOs, CISOs, CIOs, Risk & Compliance leaders, and government stakeholders
- Sell end-to-end cybersecurity solutions: SOC/MDR, SIEM, Data privacy, GRC, IAM, Cloud, Network, Endpoint, and OT/ICS Security
- Manage complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure
- Build strategic account plans and long-term customer relationships
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams for solution design and proposals

Required Experience & Skills




- 4–8years of enterprise B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, IT services.
- Proven track record of closing large, complex enterprise and government deals.
- Strong understanding of BFSI regulations, manufacturing/OT environments and government procurement.
- Experience with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
- Hands-on experience with excel and CRM.

Preferred
- Strong CXO and government decision-maker network
- Experience with OT/ICS security and public sector tenders (GeM/PSU)
- Cybersecurity or sales certifications (good to have)
