Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute bancassurance sales strategies to meet business targets and growth objectives.

- Build strong relationships with bank partners to identify current opportunities for insurance products and services.

- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective performance goals.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements :

- 2-7 years of experience in bancassurance sales or related field (insurance industry).

- Strong understanding of the Indian insurance market, including regulations, products, and distribution channels.

- Proven track record in developing successful partnerships with banks or other financial institutions.
