About the RoleELMAX Systems & Solutions is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager – Academic CAD Software Sales to strengthen our presence in the academic and technical education sector across Eastern and Northeastern India.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales and relationship-management skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and build long-term partnerships with reputed educational institutions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete sales pipeline for academic CAD software solutions, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Eastern and Northeastern India.
- Visit engineering and technical education institutions, including IITs, NITs, IIITs, state universities, engineering colleges, and polytechnic institutes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional decision-makers.
- Engage and negotiate with senior management, Heads of Departments (HODs), faculty members, and other key stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable CAD software solutions.




- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
- Travel extensively across Eastern and Northeastern India as required.

? Required Candidate Profile

- 7–8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in academic CAD software, engineering software, or institutional sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Eastern and Northeastern India.
- Kolkata-based candidates will be preferred.
