Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team in Pune. The candidate will support business development activities, generate leads, coordinate with clients, schedule meetings, and follow up on ongoing projects. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in sales, client relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage leads through calls, emails, networking, and other channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and support business development activities.
- Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requirements and project progress.
- Maintain lead databases, client records, and sales reports.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.




- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist the sales team in achieving business development targets.
- Track ongoing projects and ensure timely communication with clients.

Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits, whenever required.
- A proactive attitude and interest in sales and business development.
