Role Description The Sales Intern will support the sales team in identifying and engaging potential clients, with a focus on brands and businesses that can benefit from Karagrey Media’s creative and performance-driven services. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, conducting prospect research, participating in sales outreach, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems. The intern will help prepare sales presentations, coordinate follow-ups,



and support client communication to ensure a smooth pre-sales and onboarding experience.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, account management, and creative.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with prospects and clients.
- Foundational Sales and Sales Management abilities, including lead handling and support for pipeline activities.
- Interest or experience in Training and learning sales processes, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Comfort with using digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, online meeting platforms); familiarity with marketing or creative agencies is a plus.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong motivation to build a career in sales and an interest in branding, digital marketing, and creative services.
