Click & Scale is a performance marketing agency that runs Meta and Google ad campaigns for travel and hospitality brands. We help travel companies generate qualified leads and bookings, consistently and at scale.

About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Intern to help us bring in new clients. You will find the right travel businesses on LinkedIn, start conversations with them, and book discovery calls with our founders. This is a hands-on role where you will learn how agency sales actually works, from first message to closed deal. You will also earn a commission on every client you bring in that signs with us, so the more you close, the more you earn.

This role is for you if:

- You enjoy starting conversations with people you don't know
- You can write a message that sounds human, not copy-pasted
- You follow up without being told to
- Rejection doesn't slow you down

This role is not for you if:
- You prefer working from a script with no room to think
- You find following up awkward or pushy
- You need constant reminders to hit daily targets

What You Will Do
- Research and shortlist recent prospects: travel companies, tour operators and DMCs




- Send personalised LinkedIn connection requests and outreach messages
- Run follow-ups until every lead gets a clear answer
- Book discovery calls with our founders
- Keep the lead tracker updated every day
- Share weekly numbers: messages sent, replies, calls booked
- Test different messages and learn what gets replies

What You Need
- Strong written English, clear and conversational
- Comfort with LinkedIn and an active profile of your own
- Basic Google Sheets or Excel skills
- Discipline to do outreach every day, not in bursts
- Curiosity about marketing and how businesses grow
- Prior sales, outreach or cold messaging experience is a plus, not a must
