Job Title: Sales Head
Job Summary The Sales Head will be responsible for leading the company’s overall sales operations, developing business opportunities, and achieving sales targets for precast concrete products, RMC, cement, pipes, infrastructure products, and other building materials. The role involves securing government orders through tendering, developing relationships with government departments and contractors, expanding private-sector sales, and building and managing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate orders from government departments, contractors, builders, and private clients.
- Manage tender tracking and bidding through WB e-Tender, GeM, and other portals.
- Build and maintain relationships with government departments and infrastructure contractors.
- Recruit, train, and manage a sales team of 20–25+ members.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure timely payment collections.
- Prepare monthly sales and collection forecasts for the Director.

Experience:
- 10–15 years in B2B sales, preferably in building materials or infrastructure.
- 3–5 years leading a sales team of 20–25+ members.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; Sales or Business Management qualification preferred.
Preferred Industry:
Precast Concrete, RMC, Cement, Pipes, Building Materials, Infrastructure.
Preference: Candidates with established government and contractor contacts in North Bengal and Assam.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹62,000.00 per month
