About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at VJ Verma Jewellers. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in sales at a jewellery brand or retail jewellery store, with a strong understanding of jewellery products and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond and other jewellery products based on their preferences and budget.
- Explain product specifications, purity, weight, diamond quality, pricing and making charges.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver an excellent shopping experience.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups and repeat sales.
- Maintain jewellery displays, product presentation and showroom standards.




- Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Stay updated on gold rates, new collections and jewellery trends.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a jewellery brand or retail jewellery store .
- Good knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery, pricing and product specifications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a target-driven mindset.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
