Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role based in Delhi, India. The role involves conducting regular market visits, understanding customer needs, explaining suitable financial solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and post-sales follow-up.

The Sales

Executive will work closely with branch teams and product specialists to achieve individual and branch-level sales targets, ensure high service quality, and support compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Daily activities include maintaining accurate sales records, preparing reports, participating in local marketing initiatives,



and providing feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and target achievement.
- Candidates should possess relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to understand financial needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Candidates should ssess communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage effectively with diverse customer groups.
- Candidates should possess basic analytical and reporting skills, including comfort with MS Office and digital banking tools.
- Relevant experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial services sales, preferably in rural or semi-urban markets, will be beneficial.
- A graduate degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred; additional sales or banking certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Delhi, travel within assigned territory as needed, and adhere to ethical, regulatory, and compliance standards.
