Industry: IT Training & Professional Certification Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experience: 0–1 Years Preferred Job ResponsibilitiesHandle B2C sales inquiries from students and working professionals for IT training and certification courses. Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert inquiries into paid enrollments. Identify and approach corporate clients for B2B training opportunities.

Connect with HR and L&D; teams to understand corporate training requirements. Prepare quotations, share proposals, negotiate, and close sales. Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and sales reports in the CRM.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required

SkillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Experience in sales, business development, or telecalling. Knowledge of IT training and certification programs is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and CRM tools. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

Preferred

CandidateExperience in IT Training, EdTech, Qualified Certification, or Corporate Training sales will be an added advantage.
