We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive / Telecaller to connect with potential and existing customers, understand their requirements, explain Tally accounting software, and convert enquiries into sales. The role involves regular customer follow-ups, lead generation, customer handling, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM/database.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Generate leads and follow up on customer enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and explain Tally software features.
- Convince customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain customer details and update the CRM/database.




- Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams for customer onboarding and support.
- Achieve assigned sales and call targets.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good customer convincing and communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Positive attitude and good customer-handling skills.
