Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle online customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Explain product features and help customers choose suitable gemstones based on their requirements.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain customer records and track enquiries, follow-ups, and order status.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s growth.

Skills Required

Good verbal and written communication.

Sales and negotiation skills.

Customer relationship management.

Lead management and follow-up.

Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.





Familiarity with WhatsApp and social media.
