Naveena Zeal Technologies is looking for a motivated, confident, and results-oriented Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience to join our sales team in the packaging machinery industry.

The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, customer handling, lead generation, and follow-ups. The candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, converting inquiries into sales, and contributing to the company's business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and follow up with potential customers through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads from various sources.
- Convert sales inquiries into orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, and applications to customers.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on offers, and negotiate with customers when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and lead information.
- Coordinate with the service, dispatch, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.




- Support the sales team in dealer development and customer acquisition.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall sales growth.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in machinery, industrial equipment, packaging, or a related industry.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Experience using WhatsApp Business and handling customer follow-ups.
- Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits
- Monthly salary of ₹15,000 – ₹20,000, depending on experience and skills.
