Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive who can generate leads, connect with potential customers, explain our subscription plans, and convert prospects into paying subscribers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to promote 2Bigha's subscription plans.
- Explain subscription benefits, features, pricing, and value propositions to prospective customers.
- Convert interested leads into paid subscriptions and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers to close deals and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Generate new leads and explore opportunities to increase subscription sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales activities in the CRM or designated tracking system.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage renewals and repeat business.




- Coordinate with the marketing and other relevant teams to improve lead conversion and sales performance.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and daily activities to the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BA or equivalent preferred).
- Freshers and candidates with prior sales or business development experience can apply.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in handling customer queries, objections, and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools is an advantage.
