Job Responsibilities

- Manage leads through calls, follow-ups, and other sales activities.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.
- Explain property projects, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong client relationships.
- Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
- Convert leads into site visits, bookings, and successful closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and client interactions.




- Stay updated on Gurugram's real estate market and property projects.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Gurugram.
- Experience in residential real estate sales will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle, l ead conversion, and client handling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing
