Role Description The Sales Executive will work on-site at Easy Tax’s Jaipur office in a full-time capacity. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting meetings with prospective clients, and presenting Easy Tax’s services and solutions in a clear and compelling manner.

The Sales

Executive will build and maintain strong client relationships, follow up on inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms in coordination with the finance and operations teams. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools,



collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns, and providing feedback on client needs and market trends. The role also requires meeting sales targets, attending internal trainings, and representing the company professionally at client visits and local events.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client outreach, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial and tax-related services in simple, explicit language.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and provide consultative support.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, productivity tools, and basic MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in sales within financial services, tax consulting, accounting, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Jaipur.
