Job Responsibilities:

- Develop business relationships with crusher plant owners, brick/block manufacturers, RMC companies, batching plant owners, dealers, builders, and contractors.
- Manage sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets across the designated territory.
- Generate leads through field visits, dealer networks, references, and existing customers.
- Conduct a minimum of 10 customer meetings per week, including product presentations and machine demonstrations.
- Handle customer follow-ups, quotations, commercial negotiations, and order finalization.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and delivery.
- Maintain customer databases, visit reports, and sales MIS using Odoo or other reporting systems.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify recent business opportunities.
