Sales Executive – Furniture & Home Appliances Showroom

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our furniture and home appliances showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and a strong passion for sales and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their furniture and home appliance requirements.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, warranties, and available offers.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, product demonstrations, negotiations, and order bookings.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with billing, inventory, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is presentable.
- Update customer details, sales records,



and follow-up information in the CRM or sales register.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, new arrivals, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Support the team in achieving overall showroom sales targets.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two or Degree.
- Previous experience in sales is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to work toward sales targets and handle multiple customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing or CRM software is an advantage.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team spirit.

Preferred Candidate: A confident and proactive salesperson who can convert walk-in customers and inquiries into sales while delivering an excellent customer experience. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
