Job Overview :-

· We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell agricultural products, primarily mulching film and related agricultural solutions. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing dealer and distributor networks, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities :-

· Promote and sell agricultural products, with a primary focus on mulching film and related agri-input products.

· Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, farmers, agricultural institutions, and other channel partners.

· Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.

· Achieve sales targets, revenue objectives, and market development goals.

· Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, farmer meetings, and promotional activities.

· Provide product information, application guidance, and basic technical support to customers.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.

· Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, product availability, collections, and customer service.

· Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts, and territory development plans.

· Travel extensively within the assigned territory to support business development.





Required Experience and Qualifications

· Minimum 3 years of experience in agricultural product sales, preferably in mulching film, plasticulture, irrigation products, agri-inputs, or related products.

· Experience in dealer/distributor management and channel sales.

· Positive understanding of agricultural markets, farming practices, and crop requirements.

· Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and sales skills.

· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

· Proficiency in MS Office and preparation of sales reports.

· A valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving licence would be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile :-

· Candidates with an established dealer network and experience in territory development.

· Practical understanding of mulching applications, crop cycles, and farmer requirements.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
