Key Responsibilities

Business Development

- Drive sales and revenue generation within the assigned territory.
- Achieve growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Planning and Sales Tracking

- Manage leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to achieve sales budgets and pricing objectives.
- Adhere to the company's sales processes and standards.




- Review sales pipelines and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with the Manager for annual, quarterly, and monthly business planning.
- Reassess and adjust targets based on market dynamics.
- Initiate and lead market development activities in the assigned region.

Customer Relations

- Build and sustain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Promptly address and resolve customer concerns or complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Represent the company professionally and build rapport with key stakeholders.

Collection Management

- Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate with consultants and team members to minimize outstanding amounts.

Proactively identify risks in collections and report them to management Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
