R&CC; Services is a “growing recruitment and business services firm” serving clients across India and the Middle East. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet walk-in customers, understand what they need and their budget, and show suitable gold, silver and diamond jewellery
- Explain product details such as purity (22K/18K), hallmark/HUID, weight, making charges and the current gold rate
- Help customers choose designs for weddings, festivals, gifting and daily wear
- Close sales and meet monthly sales targets
- Handle old gold exchange enquiries and coordinate valuation with the billing/valuation team
- Coordinate with the billing counter for invoicing, discounts and payments
- Take custom and repair orders, note specifications, and follow up on delivery dates
- Display, arrange and clean jewellery on counters and in showcases
- Count and verify counter stock at opening and closing, and report any differences
- Maintain customer records and follow up through calls/WhatsApp about new collections, offers and schemes
- Promote gold savings schemes, festive offers and new arrivals




- Build long-term relationships with customers to bring in repeat and referral business
- Follow all showroom security and stock-handling procedures

Requirements

- 12th pass / Graduate in any stream
- 0-1 years of experience in jewellery, retail or showroom sales (freshers with good communication may also apply)
- Valuable communication and convincing skills in Hindi, Marathi and basic English
- Pleasant personality, well groomed and customer-friendly
- Honest, trustworthy and comfortable handling valuables
- Able to work on weekends, festivals and during the wedding season
- Basic knowledge of mobile/WhatsApp; basic computer knowledge preferred

Preferred (Good to Have)

- Prior experience in a jewellery showroom
- Knowledge of gold purity, carats, hallmarking and gemstones
- Experience with jewellery billing software
