Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented candidates for the position of Sales Engineer Industrial Sales. Candidates should have a strong interest in field sales, customer interaction, and business development, along with a clear vision of building a long-term career in Sales. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Industrial Sales are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit factories, industrial units, and prospective customers to generate sales enquiries.
- Identify new customers and develop business opportunities through field visits and market research.
- Promote company products, including EOT Cranes, Electric Hoists, Goliath Cranes, and other material handling equipment.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to offer suitable engineering solutions.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and potential orders.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain records of customer visits, sales activities, and market feedback.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and business development objectives.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

- Own Two-Wheeler (Bike): Mandatory for regular daily field travel.
- Valid Driving Licence: Mandatory requirement.
- Field Sales Focus: Must be genuinely interested in field sales and customer interaction.
- Career Drive: Must have a transparent vision and robust motivation to build a long-term career in Sales.
- Mobility & Willingness: Must be willing to travel to industrial areas and visit customers regularly.
- Attitude: Should have a positive attitude, confidence, and a strong willingness to learn.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- First Preference: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Alternative Qualification: Diploma in Any Specialization from a recognized institute.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relationship Building: Customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- Negotiation: Basic negotiation and convincing skills.
- Drive: Self-motivation and a target-oriented approach.
- IT Skills: Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills are desirable.
