Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and target-oriented Sales Engineer with a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering to handle sales and business development for wire products and related industrial solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, understanding technical requirements, and achieving sales targets in the wire and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the wire manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Promote wire products, electrical wires, cables, and related engineering products, as applicable.
- Generate leads through market research, client visits, networking, and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical products.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical-commercial offers.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
- Coordinate with production, technical, and service teams to meet customer requirements.




- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in industrial sales, technical sales, wire manufacturing, or electrical products is preferred.
- Knowledge of wire products, cables, electrical components, or mechanical products is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and quotation preparation.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and business development.
- Target-oriented approach and good problem-solving skills.
