Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Director of Sales to lead our sales operations in the medical equipment industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in biomedical engineering, proven sales leadership experience, and the ability to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.

- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and organizational goals.

- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer base across hospitals, healthcare institutions and medical equipment distributors.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals and channel partners.

- Drive sales of medical equipment and healthcare products through effective business development strategies.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.

- Manage sales forecasting, revenue planning, budgeting and performance reporting.

- Negotiate commercial agreements and close high-value business deals.

- Collaborate with marketing,



product and management teams to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering is mandatory.

- 8–10 years of relevant experience in sales within the medical equipment or healthcare industry.

- Proven experience in sales leadership, business development and team management.

- Strong understanding of medical devices, hospital equipment and healthcare market dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and achieve revenue targets.

- Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership abilities.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
