About the Role:

OptiSol Business Solutions is looking for motivated and detail-oriented interns to join as Sales Development Representatives / Market Research Analyst role. This role provides hands-on experience in market research, lead generation, sales development, and AI-powered productivity tools, with the chance to transition into a full-time role based on performance at the end of the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, target companies, and business opportunities.
- Generate, research, and qualify leads through online research and outreach.
- Maintain and update lead information accurately using Excel and CRM tools.
- Draft professional emails and business communications.
- Handle written and verbal communication with potential customers.
- Use AI tools to improve research,



outreach, and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Only Candidates with undergraduate degree in any stream are preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, including data entry, tracking, and basic reporting.
- Familiarity with AI tools for research and communication is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn sales and market research.
- Self-motivated attitude with good organizational skills.
- Availability to join immediately or within one week.
