Responsibilities
- Banking Coordination & Escalation Management
- Act as the primary SPOC for bank stakeholders
- Handle and resolve bank escalations within defined timelines
- Ensure compliance with bank documentation and process requirements
- Maintain robust working relationships with internal bank team
- Prepare MIS reports
- Track performance metrics, Escalations, TAT, and closures also Ensure data accuracy in CRM systems
Qualifications
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic dashboards)
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools
- Strong follow-up and multitasking ability
- Ability to work in structured banking environments
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
