We are looking for a proactive candidate to manage sales enquiries, coordinate with customers, follow up on quotations, and handle payment collection follow-ups and customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle sales enquiries and follow up on quotations.

- Follow up with customers for pending payments and outstanding dues.

- Respond to customer queries and provide timely assistance.

- Coordinate with customers and the sales team.

- Maintain customer and sales records in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

- Support current customer acquisition and maintain existing customer relationships.

- 80% office work and 20% field work.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

- Good communication, convincing, and follow-up skills.

- Strong coordination and customer-handling abilities.

- Knowledge of electrical equipment will be preferred.

- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
