BizAarambh Catalyst Pvt Ltd hiring for a Client in (IT Networking & Hardware Industry)

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our client’s sales team, manage sales operations, coordinate with clients and internal departments, and ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

KRA :

- Coordinate with the sales team to support day-to-day sales activities
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and sales orders
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and MIS data
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and deliveries
- Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and warehouse teams for order processing
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and product information
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
- Support sales managers in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM data and update client information regularly

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field




- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Knowledge of networking / IT products will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills

Working Days : Monday to Saturday Timings : 9:30 AM To 6 :30 PM
