Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Consultant role based in Davanagere.

The Sales

Consultant will greet and engage showroom visitors, understand their needs, and recommend suitable Hyundai vehicles and financing options.

Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations and test drives, explaining features and benefits, preparing quotations, and supporting customers through the purchase process and documentation. The role involves following up with prospective and existing customers, maintaining accurate records in dealership systems, and working closely with colleagues to meet individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions.
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and professional interpersonal interaction with diverse customers.
- Basic understanding of automotive products, features, and financing options, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for handling documentation and follow-up activities.
- Comfort using computers or dealership software for recording customer information and updating sales records.
- Prior experience in automotive sales or retail sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: secondary education; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
