We're looking for a results-driven Sales Closer to handle the complete sales process for our marketing agency, from the moment a lead comes in to closing the deal.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with incoming leads promptly via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Schedule meetings, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure leads show up.
- Conduct sales calls, understand prospects' needs, present our services, and close deals.
- Consistently follow up with prospects until they make a decision.
- Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and secure signed agreements and payments.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and hand over closed clients to the onboarding team.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales closing, preferably for marketing agencies or B2B services.




- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close high-ticket deals.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and accountable for sales results.

Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based commission.
