Location: Remote (India) · Type: Full-time · Experience: ₹50 lakh+ in closed sales, or experience handling advisory clients · Pay: ₹30,000 fixed per month + performance-based earnings · Languages: Fluent Hindi and English The role

You turn qualified conversations into enrolments. Our appointment setters book pre-qualified leads into your calendar. You take those calls, understand each person's goals and help the right people join our stock market mentorship or advisory programs. Your earnings grow directly with your results.

What you'll do

- Run sales calls with qualified leads booked by the appointment setting team
- Understand each prospect's financial goals, market experience and challenges
- Explain our mentorship and advisory programs clearly and honestly
- Handle objections on price, timing, trust and fit with confidence




- Close enrolments and own your monthly revenue target
- Follow up with prospects who need more time, without being pushy
- Keep the CRM updated with call notes, deal stages and outcomes
- Share feedback with the setters and founder on lead quality and common objections

What we're looking for At least one of these:

- A track record of ₹50 lakh+ in closed sales for educational programs, courses or coaching (high-ticket edtech preferred)
- Experience handling advisory clients, such as in financial services, investment advisory or wealth management

And:
- Fluent, persuasive communication in Hindi and English
- Strong at consultative selling and handling objections
- Target-driven and comfortable with performance-linked pay
- Ethical, transparent selling; you understand trust matters in finance

Good to have

- Good understanding of the stock market and trading or investing concepts
- Experience selling through phone or video calls to leads from social media
