URGENTLY HIRING | FRANCHISE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Full-Time | REMOTE (Work From Home)

We are looking for an experienced Franchise Sales Representative who can confidently engage with prospective franchise buyers in Child brain-development and education category, understand their investment goals, communicate business value, and convert qualified prospects into franchise partners.

If you have strong consultative selling skills, can explain ROI effectively, and are comfortable speaking with business owners, this opportunity is for you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for selling franchise business opportunities ranging from ₹7 lakh to ₹20 lakh to prospective buyers.

Your primary responsibility will be to understand prospects' requirements, present the franchise opportunity, address their concerns, follow up consistently, and close deals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle approximately 8-10 leads provided by the company daily.
- Connect with prospective franchise buyers and understand their business goals.
- Assess prospects' investment capacity, requirements, and readiness.
- Present franchise business model and value proposition effectively.
- Explain the potential return on investment (ROI) and business benefits.
- Engage confidently with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Handle objections related to investment, business viability, and ROI.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to move prospects towards closure.




- Carry out prospecting activities when required.
- Negotiate effectively and convert qualified prospects into franchise partners.
- Maintain accurate lead and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

IDEAL CANDIDATE We are looking for someone who:

- Has 2-3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Has robust consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Can confidently explain business value and ROI to prospective buyers.
- Is comfortable interacting with business owners and decision-makers.
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Can handle objections and follow up consistently.
- Is target-driven and motivated by performance.
- Can independently manage leads and drive sales conversations towards closure.
- Is comfortable with prospecting when required.
- Can communicate fluently in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

Gujarati communication is mandatory. Candidates with prior franchise sales experience will be preferred. COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL

Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Performance Incentives: ₹5,000 per successful close.

Earning potential: ₹50,000-₹60,000 per month

Actual earnings will depend on the number of successful closures.

WORKING DAYS & TIMINGS

- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: Rotational (Saturday and Sundays are working days)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Remote
