Role Description The Sales & Client Engagement Intern will support daily client-facing activities, including welcoming clients, explaining services, and responding to inquiries about holistic health offerings. The intern will assist with sales tasks such as introducing recent services, promoting wellness packages, and tracking leads and client feedback.

Responsibilities include coordinating client appointments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting follow-up communication to ensure a positive client experience.



The role also involves assisting in client education and training sessions about Reaviva’s services and technologies, as well as collaborating with the team to improve engagement strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Sales and Sales Management abilities to support service promotion, lead follow-up, and client conversion.
- Training skills to assist in educating clients about holistic health services and technologies.
- Interest in or exposure to holistic health, wellness, or healthcare environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client interactions.
- Comfort with basic digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and client communication.
- Enrollment in or completion of studies in business, marketing, hospitality, psychology, or a related field is beneficial.
