Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Attendant role based in Mumbai.

The Sales

Attendant will assist customers in selecting products, provide information on wine varieties and food production standards, and ensure a positive in-store experience. Daily tasks include greeting customers, answering product questions, handling sales transactions, maintaining accurate billing, and managing basic inventory activities such as restocking shelves and checking product displays. The role also involves keeping the sales area clean and organized, supporting promotional activities,



and coordinating with the store and operations team to report customer feedback and product issues.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and professionally with diverse customers.
- Basic sales and retail skills, including handling point-of-sale systems, managing cash or digital payments, and supporting upselling and cross-selling.
- Attention to detail and basic inventory management abilities, such as tracking stock levels, checking product labels, and maintaining orderly displays.
- Clear spoken and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages (e.g., Hindi, Marathi) is an advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a busy retail environment, and follow company safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Prior experience in retail, food and beverage, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; willingness to learn about wine products and food production standards.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative approach to working with sales and operations teams.
