Role Description The Sales Associate role at PROPTREE INVESTMENTS is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Sales

Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients, explain property investment options, and guide them through the sales process from initial contact to closure. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, responding to inquiries, preparing and presenting proposals, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities. The role involves coordinating site visits,



collaborating with internal teams to ensure up-to-date property information, and following up with leads to build long-term relationships.

Associate is expected to meet sales targets, contribute to local market research, and uphold high standards of professionalism in all client-facing activities.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated sales aptitude, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships and provide clear, investment-focused guidance.
- Basic understanding of real estate or financial services; property investment experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools and CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Comfort working on-site in Noida, with flexibility for client meetings and property visits.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
