Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Associate role is based in Visnagar.

The Sales

Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients, present VK GLOBAL INC.’s IT services and consulting solutions, and support the sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting product and service demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The role also involves collaborating closely with technical and consulting teams to align client needs with appropriate solutions, providing responsive follow-up,



and supporting ongoing client relationships to encourage renewals and upselling.

The Sales

Associate is expected to contribute to sales targets, participate in meetings and training sessions, and represent the company professionally at all times.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on client needs and long-term partnerships.
- Good communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Basic understanding of IT services, digital transformation, or technology consulting, or willingness to learn quickly in these areas.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.
- Proficiency with common office and CRM tools, such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and customer databases.
- Ability to work on-site in Visnagar, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred; experience in IT or consulting sectors is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is beneficial.
