Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Agra.

The Sales

Associate will greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable products while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.

Responsibilities include assisting with product selection, handling basic customer queries, processing sales at the checkout, and ensuring shelves and displays are well stocked and organized. The role also involves maintaining store cleanliness, supporting inventory counts,



and following company policies and procedures.

Associates will collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

- Customer service and interpersonal skills to engage respectfully and effectively with diverse shoppers.
- Basic sales and retail operations skills, including handling transactions, managing cash or POS systems, and supporting merchandising.
- Communication skills in spoken and written English; local language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple tasks, and work in a rapid-paced store environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and store procedures with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent; additional retail or sales certifications are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
